  About the Coach

Sue Greenhalgh is a Coaching Psychologist and has worked both in private industry and the public sector. She has been involved with coaching individuals for over 20 years and has helped them to, achieve their goals e.g. less stress, improved self-esteem, promotion, resolution of difficult relationships, work-life balance etc.

Sue has the following qualifications:

  • BSc (Hons) In Psychology.
  • MSc in Occupational Psychology and Organisational Behaviour.
  • NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner.
  • Sense of humour.
  • Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
  • Member of the Special Coaching Division of the BPS.

One of Sue’s clients, named Ron, described his journey as follows:

“Being coached is like finding alternative ways to getting to work each day after having taken the same route for years. Suddenly the journeys become more interesting and engaging because the landscapes are different; the roads twist and turn in unexpected directions and being on auto-pilot is not an option; the people are not like those from the familiar territory that you have just left.

Being coached enables you to see the world differently; you can question and re-appraise established but not necessarily useful beliefs that are the old ways to work.”
